Answers to common questions about civil explosives and pyrotechnic automation equipment, plus professional technical support

01

Electronic Detonator

Production Lines

Boost efficiency, ensure intrinsic safety, and build a highly automated intelligent assembly line for you.

01
What core process modules are included in the electronic detonator automatic assembly line?
Our standard line automates the core stages of electronic detonator production: automatic feeding of base components; automatic cutting and stripping of leg wires; automatic chip welding and inspection; explosive charging and gluing; automatic coding with AOI visual inspection of shell tubes; and automatic palletizing and packing of finished products. The entire line is highly automated, minimizing manual intervention.
02
How to ensure the yield and reliability of electronic detonator chip welding?
Chip soldering is the core process. Our equipment uses a high-precision servo control system with precision welding fixtures, plus automatic weld-tension testing and real-time AOI visual inspection. Poorly soldered semi-finished products are automatically rejected, so only 100% qualified units move to the next process.
03
What is the production efficiency (UPH) of the production line? Do you support different sizes of tube shells?
Standard lines typically deliver up to 3,000 rounds/hour, depending on your process requirements. Thanks to the modular design, the line adapts to detonator shells of different diameters and lengths by swapping a few fixtures and loading the corresponding program — changeover is fast.
04
Can the equipment interface with the factory's MES (Manufacturing Execution System)?
Yes. Our control system supports mainstream industrial communication protocols, collecting production data — yield, output and downtime — in real time, and connects seamlessly with your MES or ERP system for full traceability across the production process.

Customized Pyrotechnic

Production Lines

Core explosion-proof technology and precision assembly deliver unmanned production with high yield and high capacity.

01
How does explosion-related automation equipment protect operators and plants?
Safety is the lifeline of explosion-related equipment. Our lines are designed to civil explosives industry safety standards: 1. Physical isolation: explosion-proof isolation walls and blast-resistant glazing achieve complete man-machine separation. 2. Electrical explosion-proofing: all core electrical components (motors, sensors, etc.) are explosion-proof, and control cabinets use positive-pressure explosion-proof design. 3. Electrostatic protection: full grounding plus ionized-air static elimination across the line prevents charge accumulation. 4. Safety interlocks: one-button emergency stop, automatic fault alarms and automatic unloading.
02
Do the equipment and systems meet international civil explosives safety standards?
Our equipment is designed with international safety standards in mind. Explosion-proof ratings, safety distances and electrical standards can all be upgraded and certified to specific national or industry regulations (e.g., civil explosives safety regulations).
03
We have a special production process — can you provide non-standard customized solutions?
Yes. Our strong R&D team covers mechanical design and electrical automation. Provide product drawings, process requirements and capacity targets, and our engineers will evaluate them and produce detailed 3D design plans and action-sequence diagrams tailored to your exclusive automation solution.
04
What is the warranty period after delivery, and how do I purchase spare parts?
We offer a standard one-year warranty (excluding misuse, improper operation and consumables). Each machine ships with a set of standard wearing parts. You can order genuine parts at any time through our after-sales support team, and we guarantee long-term parts supply.
05
What should I do if the equipment encounters sudden failures in production?
We provide 24/7 technical support. Routine operational issues can be diagnosed quickly via remote video and online systems; for complex hardware failures, we dispatch engineers to your site as soon as possible to get your line back up and running.
