Full-lifecycle quality tracking: A strict "daily first-article technician sign-off system" is implemented, with high-frequency sampling inspection and real-time statistics every half hour during production, ensuring 100% traceability for every batch.

Extreme Testing: Reliability Beyond the Standard

From raw materials to finished-product testing, HT-TPQS ignition bridge wires have withstood multiple extreme tests:

Premium materials: The bridge wire strip adopts a high-quality brass tinning process (tin plating layer up to 150 microinches); a nickel underlayer is electroplated before sealing to ensure a uniform, dense coating. Every batch of raw materials is strictly sampled for appearance, coating and thickness.

3× breaking tensile standard: Uses high-quality nickel-chromium resistance alloy wire. The finished product not only fully meets the standard breaking tensile force, but also withstands three times the standard setpoint tensile force in limit tests.

Perfectly passed reflow soldering tests: Thanks to the exquisite electroplated nickel-underlayer process, the product shows zero foaming and zero coating peeling after high-temperature reflow soldering. The pads bond extremely firmly to the PCB and do not detach under strong pulling; resistance values before and after reflow are highly stable, reliably ensuring subsequent ignition.
