The HT-MJDZ riveting terminal, dedicated to digital electronic detonators, is an electronic component specially developed by the Hongteng R&D team for the ignition modules of electronic detonators in the civil explosives industry.

Supplied in tape packaging, it supports direct SMT placement for rapid connection between the electronic detonator leg wire and the chip. Its modular design is simple and practical; chips fitted with this terminal can run directly on electronic detonator automatic assembly lines, enabling automated unmanned production.

Technical Advantages of the Riveting Terminal

1. Excellent mechanical strength and pull-out resistance

Made of high-quality C2680 (H65) brass with a robust construction. After SMT soldering, it withstands up to 6 kg of horizontal thrust without detaching, and an extreme vertical tension of over 10 kg for up to 60 seconds. The riveted teeth also maintain a strong holding force of over 10 kg after wire welding, completely eliminating the risk of terminal breakage or drop-off.

2. Tailored for SMT automation

The terminal body is made of black LCP high-performance, high-temperature-resistant plastic, with plastic burrs strictly controlled (≤ 0.1 mm) and bottom flatness ≤ 0.05 mm, effectively preventing drift and deviation during placement. The product fully supports lead-free/leaded reflow processes, maintaining stable performance for 10 seconds at a 260±5°C peak temperature, with a defect-free appearance and wetting area over 95%.

3. Excellent anti-aging and corrosion resistance

Adopting the industry's high-standard electroplating process, the nickel plating layer in the bottom welding area and rivet teeth is ≥ 1.5 μm, and bright tin plating is ≥ 2.5 μm. The product works stably under extreme temperature differentials from -40°C to 85°C, and has passed 85°C high-temperature aging (8 hours) and 48-hour high-concentration salt spray tests — ensuring no rust, no blackening and no oxidation in underground or humid blasting environments, with minimal contact impedance change.

4. Innovative tooth design and high life

For the riveting needs of different chip modules, we offer various customized structures such as standard shark teeth, 2+1 teeth, 3+2 teeth and extended shark teeth. The front-end riveted teeth have extremely high metal fatigue durability, easily withstanding repeated bending of ±60° more than 10 times without breaking, greatly improving crimping fault tolerance and yield on the production line.
