Line Overview

The HTED-III Intelligent Electronic Detonator Production LineThe line integrates four core modules — leg-wire processing, detonator assembly, finished-product packaging, and palletizing & warehousing — seamlessly interconnected and deeply integrated with the HT-IDTS Industrial Digital Twin System for continuous, unmanned, intelligent production. By eliminating manual handling in hazardous operations, it achieves true man-machine physical isolation and intrinsic safety, in line with the civil explosives industry's "15th Five-Year Plan" development roadmap.

Leg-Wire Processing Module:It integrates leg-wire pay-off, splitting, winding, tying, stripping and connector-box bottom-cover assembly, backed by high-precision CCD visual inspection for online automatic rejection of defects — ensuring zero-defect upstream materials.

Detonator Assembly Module:It covers the core processes: plug injection molding, leg-wire/chip riveting and laser welding, dual intelligent inspection of weld joints and crimp seals, precise electrical parameter testing, 3-code binding (chip–tube–box) and laser coding. The module also flexibly retains automatic junction-box glue injection and an online binding-post welding station to suit diverse production needs.

Finished-Product Packaging Module:A fully automatic line from automatic unloading, bag making, sealing and cartoning through to automatic instruction insertion, labeling, weighing and case sealing. Sensibly reserved manual coding and packing stations balance standardization with flexibility.

Palletizing & Warehousing Module:At the line end, finished cases are continuously and stably auto-palletized and entered into logistics warehousing, closing the loop of unmanned manufacturing.

Digitalization:Hongteng's self-developed MES and digital twin systems close the digital loop across the whole process, supporting data collection and analysis, predictive maintenance (≥ 90% accuracy) and remote fault diagnosis.

Technical Advantages of the Production Line

The line is equipped with CCD visual inspection, online electrical-parameter testing, temperature monitoring, high-precision position detection and other multi-dimensional monitoring systems. It inspects riveting quality, weld-joint quality, crimp-seal accuracy, chip performance and 3-code binding consistency one by one, automatically rejecting non-conforming products to ensure a 100% pass rate for finished products leaving the line.

Hazardous processes are performed by machines inside explosion-proof chambers, achieving man-machine isolation; explosion-proof and isolation measures are applied during the transfer of hazardous materials. Personnel only handle low-risk tasks such as material feeding and finished-product transfer, while the most hazardous assembly processes are completed by machines — maximizing operator safety and greatly improving the safety and reliability of electronic detonator assembly.

Integrated Industrial Internet technology enables full-chain traceability of "production parameters, equipment status and quality data" for every detonator, meeting digital supervision requirements. The line is also equipped with 100+ safety interlock devices featuring fault self-diagnosis, one-button start/stop, explosion-proof pressure relief and anti-explosion isolation, automatically stopping and alarming under abnormal conditions while hazardous materials can be safely retrieved during fault handling — fully compliant with civil explosives safety regulations.
