Product Overview
The HT-ZDRSG-II is specially customized for the civil explosives industry, perfectly solving automatic sleeving after electronic detonator chip dipping. With a strict explosion-proof design, materials are automatically conveyed into the explosion-proof zone after a single operator discharges them, completing automatic cutting, sleeving and precision temperature-controlled heat-shrink molding of the tubing in one stop. Its outstanding capacity of up to 4,500 pcs/h greatly reduces labor costs, while the sophisticated automated temperature-control system ensures extremely high finished-product consistency and absolute process safety.
The HT-ZDRSG-II is automated equipment specially customized for the electronic detonator production process in the civil explosives industry, mainly used for the sleeving process after chip dipping.
