Dongguan Hongteng Automation Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is an integrated provider of intelligent pyrotechnic equipment, combining scientific research, design, production, sales and service. The company employs 120 people, including 65 R&D and design engineers focused on advanced production technologies and processes for electronic detonators, ammunition, pyrotechnic compositions and ignition components. Our products serve civil blasting, defense, aerospace and pyrotechnic applications, and range from electronic detonator automatic production lines, unmanned explosive-charging lines and unmanned pyrotechnic assembly lines, to fireworks production lines, electronic detonator chip components, pyrotechnic testing equipment and industrial digital twin systems. With more than 110 patents filed, we deliver advanced, stable and reliable automation solutions. Guided by our corporate mission of contributing to zero casualties in the pyrotechnic industry, we pursue R&D and innovation and are committed to building a brand with strong technological influence.

Over the years, Dongguan Hongteng Automation Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has made steady progress in pyrotechnic intelligent equipment, building a solid path guided by innovation and grounded in safety. Standing at a critical moment of industry transformation and upgrading, on behalf of our management team, I extend heartfelt thanks and sincere respect to every partner who has walked alongside us, forged trust and shared responsibility.

As an integrated provider of intelligent pyrotechnic equipment covering R&D, design, production and service, we fully understand how demanding this industry is. Hongteng has built an R&D team that accounts for more than 50% of our workforce, filed over 110 national patents, and earned our HTED-series flexible production line an MIIT appraisal of "internationally leading" for a "Made in China" product. None of this would be possible without the dedication of every employee, day and night, and the trust and support of our customers and partners.

Our production lines and components are in service with leading civil explosives enterprises across China, including projects delivered for Qianjin Civil Explosive Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Changpeng Technology Co., Ltd.

2025

Forward-Looking Planning, Setting the Benchmark

Third-generation electronic detonator production line appraised by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as internationally leading.

Shortlisted in the MIIT list of typical cases for digital transformation in key scenarios of the civil explosives industry.

Completed R&D of the fourth-generation electronic detonator production line (meeting MIIT requirements for fully unmanned production by 2027).

Completed R&D of non-electromagnetic intelligent storage systems for industrial explosives, detonators and pyrotechnic products.

2024

Results Delivered, Credentials Advancing

Delivered multiple third-generation electronic detonator automated production lines,

Won first prize in the Henan Provincial National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award, and was recognized as a Guangdong Province "Specialized & Innovative" enterprise.

2023

Capacity Upgrades, Technical Certification

Second-generation electronic detonator production line (20 million rounds/year) passed customer acceptance,

and multiple electronic detonator production lines were delivered; the line passed scientific and technological achievement appraisal at the "internationally advanced" level.

2022

Iterative R&D, Mass-Production Milestones

In September 2022, the second-generation electronic detonator production line with an annual capacity of 20 million rounds was officially developed.

Achieved a single-line capacity breakthrough, delivering four times the throughput of comparable industry equipment.

Successfully developed and delivered an automatic explosive-charging production line for pyrotechnics.

2021

Technology in Production, Credential Leap

In October 2021, the first-generation electronic detonator automatic assembly line (5 million rounds/year) officially rolled off the production line.

The company also passed National High-Tech Enterprise certification, and cumulative supply of specialized ignition bridge wires for electronic detonators exceeded 500 million rounds.

2018

Founding & Mission

On March 28, 2018, Hongteng was founded in the field of non-standard automation.

In October 2018, founder Mr. Wu Qiong was invited to visit civil explosives production sites and came to deeply appreciate the importance of safe production.

This led to the corporate mission:Contribute to zero casualties in the pyrotechnic industry!
