On June 6, Dongguan Hongteng Automation Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. received the good news: the QJHTED-II electronic detonator process technology and intelligent production line successfully passed the review and assessment of the expert team commissioned by Qianjin Civil Explosive Co., Ltd.

Throughout the review, Hu Longting, Deputy Director of the Military-Civilian Integration Office of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, along with leaders from the Henan Provincial Bureau of National Defense Science and Technology, the Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, and the Yiyang County Science, Technology and Industry Information Bureau, supervised the entire process to ensure fairness and rigor.

The QJHTED-II electronic detonator process technology and intelligent production line, with an annual capacity of 20 million rounds, comprises three modules: wire processing, detonator assembly and automatic packaging. The wire-processing module automatically performs unwinding, slitting, winding, binding, stripping, fitting the lower cover of the junction box, and visual inspection with defective-product removal. The detonator-assembly module performs automatic plug injection molding, leg-wire and chip riveting and welding, solder-joint inspection, base-detonator assembly and crimping, crimp inspection, electrical-parameter testing, chip 3-code binding, laser coding, junction-box cover assembly and junction-box coding (with provision for automatic glue injection and online terminal welding). The finished-product packaging module performs automatic unloading, bagging, bag sealing, case packing, instruction placement, labeling and sealing (with manual coding and packaging stations retained). The three modules are automatically linked to achieve continuous, intelligent, unmanned production.

To make the line more intelligent and user-friendly, we made a series of equipment improvements and added new functions. The most representative is automatic defective-product rejection and replenishment across multiple sections, so defects need no manual intervention. Throughout project implementation we gave full attention to safety and quality management, strictly complying with national and civil-explosives industry regulations, standards and norms, and focused on staff training so that commissioning teams and customer operators have the professional knowledge and skills to run the line efficiently and safely.

These improvements deliver a higher level of automation and production efficiency, reducing manual intervention while improving product quality and stability. They also align with industry trends, making our equipment more competitive. We will continue to optimize our production lines to adapt to changing market demand and technology, and we firmly believe that technological innovation and digital intelligence will let us serve customers with better products and services while advancing the company's sustainable development goals.

The expert group unanimously recognized and approved the QJHTED-II electronic detonator intelligent production line — an affirmation of our R&D team's hard work and expertise, and high recognition of our product quality and safety. It also strengthens our position and competitiveness in civil-explosives automation equipment.
