On April 2, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the publicity list of typical cases for digital transformation in key scenarios of the civil explosives industry.According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Soliciting Digital Transformation Needs and Typical Cases for Key Scenarios in the Civil Explosives Industry (MIIT Xinfa Han [2024] No. 417), the list was compiled through enterprise declaration, local recommendation, compliance review and expert review.Among the entries, the automated intelligent technology and equipment for electronic detonator assembly and conveying — namely the CPHTED-III electronic detonator automatic assembly line — supplied by Hongteng to Zhejiang Changpeng Technology Co., Ltd., was included in the publicity list.

The CPHTED-III electronic detonator automatic assembly line is Hongteng's independently developed third-generation electronic detonator assembly line. On January 22, 2025, it passed the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's scientific and technological achievement appraisal, which concluded that its innovation, advancement, reliability and safety, and overall technology have reached the internationally leading level.
